Located in Miami, the Miami-Dade County Health Department Parking Garage is a seven-level precast concrete structure that includes 130,422 elevated square feet of precast and serves the Miami Department of Health Office Building. The use of total precast with integral colored concrete reduced construction cost, minimized on-site disturbance, and provided a high-end quality product with a reduction on exterior maintenance cost. The exterior is comprised of two different colors with sandblast finishes, reveals, recesses and formliner.
