The Bee Street Parking Garage is a 1500-car, eight-story garage designed to aesthetically match the hospital and adjacent Central Energy Plant for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
While the majority of Charleston has historically influenced architecture, the new hospital has a more modern appeal. The exterior facade features architectural precast panels with thin brick. This mixed-use structure is a total precast system, utilizing field topped double tees.
