Metromont’s Greenville, SC manufacturing facility produced 10,091 SF of architectural precast cladding for the exterior façade, which includes an architectural mix with a medium sandblast finish to blend with the surrounding architecture. Metromont’s Spartanburg, SC, manufacturing facility produced 117,376 SF of structural precast concrete for the parking garage and matched some exterior elements from the Palisades III office building.
The two structures were erected simultaneously, enabling precast erection to be completed in less than three months.
