The Seminole County Justice Center Annex and Parking Garage projects mark phase one of a 10-year master plan to build out a new campus for the existing Seminole County justice and emergency services complex. The 105,000 SF Justice Center Annex was originally designed as precast cladding with a structural steel frame, but was converted to a total precast design, saving the design team both time and money. Metromont provided architectural, load-bearing wall panels with multiple colors, finishes, and integral projections. The floor and roof system is comprised of 93,117 SF of precast concrete double tees. Metromont also produced an accompanying five-level, 149,974-SF precast parking garage that provides parking for employees and visitors to the Justice Center. The projects were completed in May 2023.
