The Pavilion Parking Structure project in Philadelphia won an Honorable Mention Award in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute’s (PCI) 2021 Design Awards Competition.
Completed in 2018, the 5-level precast garage was constructed by Shockey Precast 67 feet underground and supports half of the 1.5 million square feet steel patient center constructed directly above it.
